History and Curiosities Fauve Brut Nature 2018 is the result of the expertise of the Delouvin Nowack family, independent winegrowers in Vandières. This cuvée combines the elegance of Chardonnay with the intensity of Pinot Meunier, using grapes grown according to organic and sustainable methods on soils characterised by outcropping chalk. Thanks to ageing for at least 72 months on the lees , the wine develops a deep and enveloping aromatic complexity.
