Where it comes from This sparkling wine originates in Valtellina, Lombardy, a region renowned for mountain viticulture. The vines grow at around four hundred metres above sea level , where temperature variations encourage the aromatic richness of the grapes. This Alpine character imparts a pronounced vertical drive and a clear aromatic definition to the wine, ensuring a dynamic drink that fully expresses its territorial identity . How it is produced Vinification strictly follows the principles of the Traditional Method , with a slow secondary fermentation in the bottle that shapes the structure of the sparkling wine. The process concludes with a pas dosé disgorgement , without the addition of sugars, to preserve a taut and dry profile. This production choice results in bubbles of extreme precision and excellent gustatory tension. Thanks to the care taken at every stage, the wine boasts remarkable ageing potential , able to mature over a period of between five and ten years.
