Rosato

Still organic rosé from Etna DOC, 12.5% ABV, produced by Terrazze dell'Etna. 100% Nerello Mascalese. 0.75 L bottle. A rosé born from the embrace of Etna's native grape varieties, particularly Nerello Mascalese, the winery's flagship variety. The vineyards are located in the municipality of Randazzo (CT), on the northwest slopes of Etna, at an altitude between 650 and 950 meters above sea level, in a cool, breezy climate with significant temperature variations between day and night. Vinification without skins, maturation in stainless steel and then in bottle. The nose is fresh with splendid aromas of red apple and peach and balsamic hints. Pink in color with purple reflections that enhance its brilliance. On the palate, it is savory with great freshness, while the finish reveals structure and balance.
